As you know I have a real passion for Customer Experience.

Where it started I am not entirely sure, It might be because I grew up in Brussels where my parents had shops. I helped them every day after school. They showed me how providing great customer experience leads to more business and more loyalty.

Customer experience sounds complex but it is not. It can be small things like bringing groceries to an older lady who lives a couple of blocks away or making sure that you have the right products for your customers at the good time.
